Tyra Bell-Holland’s career has been over 20 years in the making by building key relationships and living by the mantra “in service through friendship” introduced to her when she first became a member of Les Clef’s d’Or USA then achieving the role of President of Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association (SNHCA). Fully embracing the Concierge profession led her to Senior Executive Roles in Las Vegas from Executive Director| Chef Concierge from Venetian, Palazzo to The Cosmopolitan, Las Vegas Director of Events & Marketing for STK Las Vegas|The ONE Group.
 
Tyra Bell-Holland holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from UNLV while also a Certified Hospitality Educator from the American Hotel & Educational Lodging Institute. Creator/Founder of the first Concierge curriculum in the State of Nevada, this former instructor at The International School of Hospitality (TISOH) is a current Board Member of UNLV Hotel College Alumni Association & Chairperson of the Social Engagement Committee. Also, Honorary Member of The Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association, member of the National Concierge Association and founding board member of the Last Friday Foundation.
 
Bell-Holland simultaneously owns and operates both RESORTCIERGE MD (Las Vegas’ first designated House call medical group exclusively dedicated to the concierge community servicing tourists 24/7/365 at luxury resorts across the iconic Las Vegas Strip) & Ava Rose Agency, both as an integrated marketing partner for luxury brands.

Nick Vardakis Nick Vardakis is a young professional and a recent graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During his time at UNLV, he studied and received a bachelor’s in journalism and integrated marketing communications, and was very involved on campus. He was a contributing student writer for the Scarlet & Gray Free Press, formerly known as the Rebel Yell, and participated in campus-wide events such as the presidential debate as a student social media volunteer. Nick has lived in the Las Vegas area for five years now and has developed extensive knowledge and expertise in advertising, journalism and integrated marketing strategies. The combination of the three has allowed him to develop creative ways to bring fresh branding ideas to this unique and ever-changing market segment. Nick considers himself to be a social media pro as his professional experience dates back to his high school days, where he helped promote his family’s small owned business in Salt Lake City, Utah. Nick has since then tackled many social media endeavors through his various internship and career opportunities.

Patranya Bhoolsuwan is a 3 time Emmy Award winning journalist, TV host, and digital content creator. As a television anchor and reporter, she has worked in major news markets across the country. While in Las Vegas, she won an Emmy Award for her news reporting and was also named “Reporter of the Year” by the Nevada Association of Broadcasters. Her work has also appeared on national news outlets including CBS, CNN, and CNN Headline News.

In 2018, Patranya launched her Youtube Channel, “Patranya Plates” to share her love for food & travel. The digital show features everything from travel tips to her native country of Thailand to delicious recipes Patranya makes in her home kitchen. “Patranya Plates” has also aired on KIRO-TV, the CBS news affiliate in Seattle WA.

Patranya is also using her TV training skills to work as an executive media coach. Her behind the scenes knowledge of the broadcasting business is the secret in helping individuals, companies, and non-profits present themselves confidently on television, radio, and print media. Patranya teaches clients to speak in “soundbites”, handle tough questions from reporters, and deliver a message that positively highlights their image & brand.

Born in Bangkok Thailand, Patranya still visits Southeast Asia often to see her family and friends. Next on her bucket list, a foodie trip to Spain, Hong Kong, and Australia. She lives in Las Vegas with her husband and their 3 spoiled cats.

Brittany Moore embodies an entrepreneur spirit that recognizes entrepreneurial needs; therefore, she is connected to business professionals and experts who can help effectively impact client success. Brittany is a seasoned communications expert who takes the time to know and understand our client’s needs, business, and goals. As a strategic service provider, she carefully listens to the scope of work, company vision, and insights to help businesses achieve desired outcomes. During her twelve years of service in marketing and public relations, she continually provides solutions that contribute to and supports business growth. Brittany earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Magazine Journalism from Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism in 2003.

Jethro Punzalan is a student at UNLV pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Media Studies with a Public Relations emphasis. He is interested in learning more about Public Relations and Social Media Marketing.  Jethro is relatively new to Las Vegas, having lived here for only two years. Before coming to Las Vegas, he was a student at Pacific Union College in Napa Valley, California, where he studied Communications with a Journalism emphasis. While at PUC, he was the Head Teaching Assistant for the Communications Department. In addition, he was a co-editor and contributor for the campus newspaper, the Campus Chronicle. When Jethro isn’t at school, he works part-time at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets with the Simon Guest Services team, where he aims to provide the best customer service to visitors from all over the world. His experience working in hospitality brings a new perspective to his learning experience while interning at Ava Rose Agency. Currently, he is a Public Relations intern for Ava Rose Agency. He brings to the team a willingness to learn, a strong writing background, and a consumer-focused approach to PR.
