Tivoli Village invites guests to enjoy Mother’s Day delights of chef-inspired dishes, special promotions, complimentary flowers, and champagne.
Las Vegas, NV (May 4, 2017) –Tivoli Village is inviting Las Vegas to experience Mother’s Day weekend activities set to begin Saturday, May 13. Guests can explore the lifestyle destination and enjoy an array of festivities from dining and shopping to floral education and enjoyment of sparkling libations.

BRIO
Gather the family and celebrate Mother’s Day at BRIO Tuscan Grille, inside Tivoli Village, where Mom can enjoy delectable menu specials all weekend long! On May 13 and May 14, BRIO is offering unique Mother’s Day features, available until 3 p.m. (BRIO will open early at 10 a.m. on May 14.) These dishes include:
- Frittata Al Forno: Eggs, angel hair, bacon, caramelized onions, spinach, artichokes, Asiago, Parmesan cream and fresh fruit
- Sicilian Omelette: Ham, bacon, sausage, caramelized onions, roasted tomatoes, Mozzarella, brunch potatoes
- Ham & Biscuit Benedict: Poached cage free eggs, grilled asparagus, hollandaise, brunch potatoes
- Berries & Cream French Toast: Cream cheese stuffed, bacon
- Shrimp & Grits: Black pepper shrimp, creamy smoked Gouda polenta, poached cage-free eggs ciabatta
- Chicken Sorrentino: Pesto marinated chicken, Romano crusted eggplant, tomato compote, whipped Ricotta, basil, lemon vinaigrette
- Fresh Catch with Seasonal Vegetable Salad: Lightly seasoned and grilled, shaved Brussels sprouts, asparagus, farro, grape tomatoes, arugula, Marcona almonds, Reggiano, lemon vinaigrette
- Marinated Skirt Steak: Farro, haricot vert, grape tomatoes, chickpeas, Feta, Marcona almonds, dill, toasted spice vinaigrette
BRIO will serve many of its regular menu items, including oven-roasted steaks, chops, seafood, made-to-order pasta, flatbreads, entrée salads and more, similar to what one would find in an authentic ristorante in Tuscany. BRIO also offers an ample dessert menu, full wine list and cocktail book, special children’s menu, and more.
Cork & Thorn Mother’s Day Special
Cork & Thorn is more than just a “flower shop” at Tivoli Village. It is a unique place of floral education and fun, providing numerous types of floral design and arrangement courses. This Mother’s Day bring your mom or girlfriends and have some fun in one of the three Succulent Terrarium Classes offered throughout the day. Classes are approximately 1.5 hours long and begin at 1 p.m., 3 p.m., and 5 p.m. on May 14. The special includes terrarium, succulents and one glass of wine. As an added bonus, all mothers who take a class will receive a free glass of champagne. Guests must be 21 years are older. Price per person is $80. Cork & Thorn will also feature a pop-up stand outside the shop selling flowers for those in need of a last-minute gift.
Waffle Bar Celebrates Mother’s Day
Now nestled and open in its all-new location at Tivoli Village, Waffle Bar Las Vegas honors all moms for Mother’s Day on May 14. Guests will have a chance to enjoy a pre-fixe menu featuring an appetizer, entrée, and dessert as well as complimentary flowers and a gift for mom.
Kabuki Japanese Restaurant
Show mom how special she is this Mother’s Day with the exclusive “Mom’s Table.” Available May 11 thru 14 (Mother’s Day Weekend) | Minimum 2 orders per “Mom’s Table” | Maximum 4 orders per “Mom’s Table” | While supplies last | Additional orders of soup, salad and rice may be added for additional charge | Dine-in only. “Mom’s Table” includes $29.95 per person Chicken teriyaki, beef teriyaki, BBQ beef ribs, fried gyoza dumplings, shrimp and vegetable tempura, California roll, pineapple and your choice of mochi ice cream for dessert. Served with miso soup, salad, and white or brown rice.
