Las Vegas, NV (December 8, 2017)- Southwest Las Vegas finally secures a seat at Henderson’s most popular restaurant in the burbs, with an elevated concept to include dinner service at Kitchen Table Squared. Located at The Gramercy, a luxurious 20-acre urban village of residences and retailers conveniently located off the 2-15 in southwest Las Vegas, Kitchen Table Squared opens its doors to the public on Monday, December 18, 2017 at 8 a.m.
Focusing on a sophisticated dinner offering with an expansive bar menu and a special social happy hour 7-days per week, Chef Javier Chavez delivers on his promise to bring his celebrated specialty breakfast, lunch and brunch items from Kitchen Table in Henderson to The Gramercy. Kitchen Table Squared creates a social setting for those who embrace original food concepts in a convivial dining experience with a sophisticated setting encompassing 3,000 square feet with seating for 100 guests comfortably, including a private room for up to 12 guests.
Chef Javier has masterfully crafted a dinner service menu which reflects his flare of European style cooking with Latin American flavors. The culinary experience will rival in comparison to celebrity chef offerings on the Las Vegas Strip with signature menu items including; Roasted Rack of Lamb, a three-pound Cote de Boeuf, Yellow Tail Hamachi and Raw Oysters from the Crudo Raw Bar, Whole Fish Snapper Veracruz Style, Sea Bass with cannellini Beans and calabrese peppers, Chili Rubbed Roasted Half Chicken with cilantro garlic butter sauce and ancho-guajillo chili sauce and Beef, Chicken or Shrimp Skewers prepared tableside on a Himalayan salt block, to name a few. This unique dining destination will have a little something for everyone, elevating the “Social Eatery” concept to include nightly service with culinary engagement elements such as a full-service bar mixology program featuring a nightly happy hour with drink and food specials from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Also featured is a private dining room for special events to add dimension, in addition to a highly anticipated weekend brunch.
While still maintaining an upscale yet approachable neighborhood appeal, the new location featuring an expansive dining area and dedicated bar with options that complement, but differ itself from its sister location in Henderson will include coffee beans grinded, roasted and brewed daily, a Bloody Mary bar with unexpected trimmings, and a specialty coffee crafted menu with original recipes such as the Baked Alaska latte.
Kitchen Table Squared will continue to deliver from its original concept of signature specialty breakfast, lunch and brunch items such as; Braised Pork Belly Bene with jalapeno hollandaise on a toasted English muffin, Tacos Huevos with egg, potato, avocado, salsa, roasted chilies & crema, the Egyptian with house-made Dukkah seasoning over two poached eggs, avocado, greens, bacon and grilled bread or sweet temptations such as the Candied Orange French Toast.
