Experience an Upscale Food and Wine Festival Beneath the Stars at Open-Air Tivoli Village

The embodiment of culinary talent will converge at the 10th Annual Las Vegas Food & Wine Festival by featuring celebrity chefs from all over the world. On Friday, October 5th and Saturday, October 6th guests can expect to feast on a sizeable selection of delicious cuisine from world-renowned chefs, sample award-winning spirits and check out the reimagined areas of Tivioli Village.  As with all of Barcelona Enterprises’ events, proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society’s Real Men Wear Pink initiative, leaving appetites satisfied and hearts full.

Headlining the event will be James Beart Foundation award-winning chefs, Chef Francois Payard, Chef Charlie Palmer and Chef Saipin Chutina, as well as Chef Kuan Kang, Food & Wine’s chef of the year & Juan Pablo Colubri pastry chef of the year.

Additional headlining chefs include Michelin Star Chef Luigi Fineo, Chef Marc Marrone, Chef Kevin Des Chenes, Chef Sean Kinoshita and Chef Sean Thompson. Some of these talented individuals will further display their expertise by performing exciting, live demonstrations of culinary art – a truly extraordinary feast for all!

One in particular, a frequent guest on NBC’s Today Show, Chef Charlie Palmer, gained unquestionable recognition and awards throughout his career by cultivating the progressive American style of cuisine. Additionally, Lotus of Siam Chef Saipin Chutina, who utilizes over 100 years of tasty Thai recipes that were passed down, will be serving up some of his favorites. Co-owner of the iconic Rao’s in Harlem, Las Vegas, and Hollywood, Chef Frank Pellegrino, Jr., solely believes in hearty, authentic Italian food for all along with an enjoyable home-style eating environment. Another not to miss and to keep an eye out for is Food and Wine’s Pastry Chef of the year Juan Pablo Colubri of Hakkasan Group who is slowing taking over the pastry scene.

Ready for epic desserts? There will be a multitude of melt-in-your-mouth treats you won’t regret – especially as celebrated pastry chef Francois Payard delights the show. As a third-generation French pastry chef, Payard carries a substantial degree of passion and talent for sweets, opening up eminent bakeries, chocolatiers, and patisseries from the US all the way to London.

Tickets for Friday and Saturday are now on sale. General Admission is $100 for each day with food and wine tastings begin at 9 p.m., while an elevated VIP experience is $150 per day and begins at 8 p.m. Cabana tickets which include ten VIP passes, two bottles of vodka, and a private cabana attendant are available for Friday and Saturday dates. A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit the American Cancer Society’s Real Men Wear Pink initiative, which is compromised of influential men around the nation that have made a commitment to raise $2,500 or more for breast cancer research, patient services and educational initiatives. Tivoli Village general manager Philip Knott has made the commitment, and is eager to bring this fundraising initiative close to home.
